Lilypark Lodge - Rustenburg

The room featuring a marble finish shower was lovely, the bed was comfortable, the staff were professional and cooperative, and the location close to the city center and shops was ideal.

Location: the hotel was near to civic centre as well as Rustenburg. The staff was very friendly, the room was neat and exceptional with its marble finish shower.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a fine bathroom. The towels were soft and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The curtains were appealing and effectively blocked out the sunlight. There was plenty of storage space in the room. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and greatly appreciated.

I had a minor issue with the wifi reception, poor throughout the night. Fortunately, I was able to resolve this by purchasing data to use on my laptop.

The location of this lodge was great as it was comfortable and close to shops and the civic centre, which was convenient for our needs. the staff provided excellent service, even going beyond the call of duty to ensure our needs were met. We were impressed by the facilities, including the comfortable rooms and bathrooms.

The restaurant left something to be desired. the dinner menu was limited and the service was slow.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect for our needs as it was close to the civic centre where we needed to be. Additionally, there were shops nearby which made it really convenient for us. The service provided by the staff was outstanding. The room service, housekeeping, and laundry service were prompt and efficient. We were also impressed with the happy hour and the wide array of amenities provided in our room. The ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar made our stay even more comfortable. We loved relaxing in the sitting area and enjoyed the terrace with its cozy garden furniture. The free toiletries were a nice touch and added to the overall luxury of our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

Location and breakfast were good. Room had a spacious balcony and stylish curtains, bed, and pillows were comfortable.

The room was not clean and the washing machine had somebody else's trousers in it. the carpet was full of lint, and the coffee container wasn't clean.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming which set the tone for a great stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean, as they were cleaned daily, and they had beautiful marble finish showers which added a touch of luxury to the stay. the tranquil ambiance of the hotel made it a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The wifi connection was quite poor and unreliable which made it difficult to stay connected. there were some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms which distracted from the tranquility of the location.
